I found this recipe somewhere (a quick google search didn't come up with the exact one) and made it for a football party.
It is so good, and just fun to look at!
Cheesy Football
2 packages (8oz each) Cream Cheese (softened)
1 package (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ Cup grated parmesan cheese
½ Cup Miracle Whip
¼ Cup Chopped Green Onions
¼ Tsp black pepper
1 package (3 oz) Bacon Bits
White Cheese strips (for laces)
Directions:
1. Beat cheeses and mayo until blended
2. Add onions and pepper, mix well
3. Put in the fridge for several hours
4. Mold into football shape
6. Cover evenly with bacon bits
7. Use cheese strips to create laces
