Apple Glazed Pork Chops

I found this recipe on Allrecipies one day and decided it sounded good.
It is REALLY good.

I used the exact ingredients one day but did a pork roast instead of chops. I browned the outside of the roast and made the glaze. Threw everything in the crock pot...and it was just as amazing!

Ingredients:
½ Cup Apple Jelly
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Ground Allspice
⅛ Tsp Ground Cloves
4 Pork Chops
2 Small Apples (Cored and Sliced)

Directions:
1. Mix apple jelly, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in saucepan.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly melts. Keep warm.
3. Broil pork chops  7 mins on each side
4. Brush one side of chops with apple glaze and broil for 3 minutes
5. Flip chop and brush other side with glaze and top with apples.
6. Drizzle remaining glaze over chops and apples. Broil 3 minutes
