Buffalo Wings

This is a fave recipe of my father's. Though, he is not known for measuring anything, he just pours.
According to everyone who eats the wings he makes though, they are THE BEST.

Serve with some crusty bread to soak up the remaining sauce on your plate!

Buffalo Chicken Wings

2 ½ lbs whole chicken wings, 24-30 split wing pieces, or 2 lbs boneless wings
3 Tbsp hot sauce (I like Texas Pete)
2 Tbsp butter


1. Cook your chicken
2. Melt butter and mix with hot sauce
3. Put cooked chicken in a big bowl, add sauce and toss

Serve with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks
