- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice + enough milk to make 1 Cup
- Let stand 10 minutes
- OR 1 Cup milk and 1 ¾ tsp cream of tartar
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- Heat ⅓ Cup and 2 Tbsp evaporated milk + 1 Cup sugar + 3 Tbsp butter or margarine: Until sugar and butter dissolve
- Sour Cream
- Match equal amount of plain yogurt
