No Alarm Chili

We all know about hubby dearest's love affair with the deliciousness that is Manwich...which is uncharted territory for me.

I have mastered the art of browning hamburger, dumping in a can of yum, and serving on a bun.
Yup, my talent shines bright!

After 9 years of marriage, 9 years of making Manwich....I just noticed there were recipes on the side of the can.
Nope, can't get anything past me!

Saw this one for the "No Alarm Chili".
Easy, perfect as a weeknight dinner. Took it for lunch the next day, and it reheats nicely.

Ingredients:
1 Lb ground beef
1 Can (15 oz) Manwich
1 Can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 Can (15 oz) red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 Tsp chili powder
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1/8 Tsp garlic powder

Directions:

1. Cook and stir beef in skillet until done, drain

2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Yes, it's a Manwich recipe and I went generic. It's all good.

Meaty and bean-y
